All individuals accessing or using Rhythm services must adhere to the policies set forth in the Rhythm Rules. Failure to do so may result in Rhythm taking one or more of the following enforcement actions:
We will not permanently ban a user from listening to music through our services if a user hits the max strike limit of three strikes.
The community will eventually have a large say in the rules for Rhythm once we become more established as a product and business.
You may not use our service for any unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities.

You cannot promote any kind of violence which includes any form of gory media related to death, serious injury, violence, or surgical procedures.

We will block any content that we believe is being manipulated to appear on the trending tab.
Selling Usernames: You may sell usernames through the Rhythm Market (Coming soon) or through any other third-party service. Rhythm Market will provide a 100% safe transaction for both buyers and sellers.
Username Squatting: You may not engage in username squatting.
Claiming Usernames: Any large corporation or organization may request the username of their legal business name at any time.
Action for offense: The username will be held in a squatting list and the account holder will be required to change the username of the account before further use. Accounts stored on the squatting list will become available every 6 months (6 months may be increased or reduced in the future).
Violence: You may not make specific threats of violence or wish for the physical harm, death, or disease of an individual or group of people. This includes promoting or encouraging suicide or self harm, threatening or promoting terrorism. You also may not affiliate with organizations that — whether by their own statements or activity both on and off the platform — use or promote violence against civilians to further their causes.
Abuse: You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so.

Rhythm does not tolerate any material that features or promotes child sexual exploitation. This includes media, text, illustrated, or computer generated images.
Action for offense: Your account will be instantly suspended from the use of our platform (Includes listening to music).
You may not post or share intimate photos or videos of someone that were produced or distributed without their consent. This includes media containing sexual violence and assault.
You may not threaten to expose someone’s private information or intimate media. You also may not threaten to hack or break into someone’s digital information or attempt to incentivize others to do so (e.g., through setting a bounty or reward on such actions).
Malware/Phishing: You may not publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another person’s computer or to compromise a person’s privacy.
Action for offense: Two Strikes
You may not impersonate individuals, groups, or organizations that is intended to or does mislead, confuse, or deceive others. Fan and parody accounts are allowed if stated in your profile bio.
You may not attempt to scam another user.
Action for offense: Three Strikes
You may not use the Rhythm services for the purpose of spamming anyone.
You may not use automated systems which mass follow users or spam individuals via direct messages or posting.
